Delivery
We ship throughout the UK. All of our post will be delivered through royal mail and will be shipped 1st class. The prices will vary depending upon the order:
- On orders over £100 the postage is free.
- Orders under £100 will cost £3.95 to post
- Orders containing footwear will cost £5.00 due to the size of the item.
In stock items will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Items not in our stock may take a little longer however this will be discussed with you prior to postage, upon receipt of your order. We will not be held responsible for any items which go missing after being posted, if this were to occur a case would be brought up with royal mail.
We will retain proof of postage on every parcel leaving us.
If you would prefer your parcel to be tracked, then please contact us prior to placing your order and we will happily change your postage option, the price will change accordingly.
Please ensure that you enter your address accurately. We are not liable for any parcels being delivered incorrectly. If misaddressed parcels are returned to us, you will be liable to pay extra postage to get it resent to the correct address.
Returns & Exchanges
The Anon promise
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Whether you have ordered online or in store, it is very important to us that you feel comfortable in the garments you have purchased.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the fit, style or size of your product then we recommend you contact us for further specialist advice.
If after receiving advice you wish to exchange or return your goods, please refer to our related policies.

Exchange and returns policy
Please ensure that your items are returned within 14 days of purchase with all the labels intact, unworn and in their original condition.
If you wish to try on briefs and swimwear, we do ask that you please try them on over your own underwear in the interests of health and hygiene. We will not accept returns on items which have been damaged or marked in anyway. Or on products with missing or damaged labels. This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to misdescribed or faulty goods.
When returning your goods, please mark the package as clearly as possible “returned goods”, not forgetting to pay your return postage and enclose your order reference number inside the box.
The address your parcel needs to be returned to is: anon lingerie, 5A Victoria Road, Elland, West Yorkshire, HX5 0AB. Please ensure that all parcels are sealed properly and retain your proof of postage.
If you would like to exchange the items you have purchased, there will be no extra postage charge to have your new item delivered to you. We will hold the new stock for you, until we receive and process your returned items. We will then confirm your delivery address and ship your new garments out to you.
If you would like to return or exchange your items in store then you are more than welcome to do so. Please call into the boutique with your items and receipt or order reference number within 14 days of purchase.
